Hello! My name is Rebecca (aka Mama). I am a married, SAHM for one special lil man. I love coffee . I admit, it could actually be an addiction. So I will often post coffee graphics that I have made, or even a picture or recipe from Pinterest.
I am not very good at cooking. I want to learn & get better. There will be a LOT of trial & error. But I will share my cooking adventures regardless. I have had Fibromyalgia for many years. I have also recently been diagnosed with Diabetes and a couple of other health issues. It is a day to day battle, but I strive to focus on the positive. I am working on eating healthier, and eating less pre-packaged & processed foods. My goal is simply to try to do better today than I did yesterday.
My son (aka Lil Man) just turned 5. He was born 5 weeks early via emergency C-Section. He was born with severe brain damage to both sides of his brain. We were told he would have sever Cerebral Palsy and will never walk, talk, be aware of his environment or be self sufficient. Let me just say, he has proved all his doctors wrong. After a lot of continued hard work & tender mercies from God, he can run, walk, talk, dress & feed himself, etc. He is pretty much just like your average 5 year old. He still has some muscle issues that we continue to work on. He also has mild Sensory Processing Disorder (SPD). Through it all, he stays happy & determined to succeed at whatever he tries. He truly loves to cook & bake so I will be posting about those adventures as well.
We also liked to do "crafties", so don't be surprised if those crop up on occasion too :)
Thanks for visiting & I hope you continue to join us in our ADVENTURES!
